- Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are based
on shipping to the lower 48 states only! Hawaii and Alaska are
not included in those prices.
- Shipment by: The Quilting Barn ships products
by UPS, FedEx and USPS. Shipping requires a street address (no
PO Box’s). Shipping available to US, APO and Canadian
addresses only.
- Delivery time: Allow 2-7 working days for
delivery of non-backordered items. Delivery during the Christmas
season may require additional shipping days.
- Shipping Origin: Tyler, Texas
- Consolidated Shipments: Entire order will
be shipped together, if possible.

Refunds, Exchanges and Cancellations |

- Returns: For returned items, a twenty-five percent
(25%) restocking fee is imposed.
- Exchanges: There is no restocking fee charged
for exchanged items.
- Cancellations: For cancelled items, a twenty-five
percent (25%) restocking fee is imposed.
- Promptness and Packaging: All returns must
be postmarked no later than 15 days from the original customer
shipping date. Returns and exchanges must be in new condition
and include original packaging. Customers must ship all items
in a shipping box or envelope; don’t use the product packaging
as a shipping container. The Quilting Barn may refuse returns
that don’t meet these requirements.
- Incorrect Item Received: No extra charge!
The Quilting Barn will replace incorrect item and pay the return
shipping charges. The Quilting Barn will reimburse customer
the standard shipping rate only.

- Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover are accepted
forms of online payment.
- Credit card purchases are verified for your protection. All
orders submitted through our web site are transmitted electronically

not compromised. Credit cards are verified using AVS (Address
Verification Service) to prevent fraudulent transactions by
unauthorized persons.

- Fair Credit Billing Act: Your bank cannot
hold you liable for more than $50.00 of fraudulent charges on
your credit card. Check with your bank for more details.

- Back-orders: If an item is backordered, The
Quilting Barn will notify you via e-mail or phone.
- Shipments scheduled more than 30 days after the order
date: The Quilting Barn will notify you via e-mail
and give you a cancellation option.
- Filling Back-orders: Back-orders will be
filled before new orders when the backordered items become available.

- Mistakenly posted prices on the on line store do not obligate
The Quilting Barn to those incorrect prices. In such a case,
you will be given the option of receiving the item at the correct
price and The Quilting Barn will immediately post the corrected

customers agree to the policies stated within this agreement.
- The Quilting Barn reserves the right to refuse service to
anyone.
